MIP’s Swiss Job Shop can handle your Contract Manufacturing needs. Competent in providing solutions since 1979, we have become an integral link with engineering departments in industries such as aerospace, US Military, medical and orthodontics, robotics, and Walt Disney Imagineering. Our skilled technicians partner with your engineers through many aspects of your job specifications, including Machine Setup, Parts Production, Inspections, and Shipping, as well as in-house secondary operations such as Drilling, Milling, Threading.

CNC Swiss Screw Machining, Miniatures, and Micro Machining
MIP’s CNC (Computer Numerically Controlled) Swiss machines have up to 7 axis with automatic bar loaders for 24-7 lights out manufacturing. MIP is adept at close tolerances of up to 0.0002 max. Capable of 1mm (.0394”) to 32mm (1.250”) diameters and American Standard thread sizes of 0-80 to 1/2-40.
Factory
MIP occupies nearly 9000 square foot in it’s factory facility in Southern California. The onsite fork-lift has 3000 lbs capacity, and the material rack will hold 20,000 lbs of 12ft long bars.
Materials
MIP can run plastics, carbon & alloy steel, stainless steel, aircraft grade metals, titanium AL6V, aluminum and beryllium.
Recognitions
MIP President Eustace Moore, Jr., has served on NTMA’s Board of Directors. The NTMA is the national representative of the custom precision manufacturing industry—an industry known to be the most technologically-advanced of all small manufacturing activities.

Government Contracting
MIP is minority and woman owned, SBE certified with the State of California’s CSCR, listed in the federal government’s CCR, and registered with Dun and Bradstreet. We welcome your inquiries and RFQs to partner for government contract fulfillment of precision turned product manufacturing, machine shop, screw machining, screwdrivers and nut drivers, small aircraft parts, bike and moped and motorcycle parts, orthodontic appliances, medical bone screws, orthopedic devices, hobby models, fasteners and other small metal manufacturing contracts. We also welcome inquiries for GSA purchasing of our high quality nut drivers, MIP hex drivers, wrenches, and other hand tools suitable for network installation, repair and maintenance, and other tool and hardware needs (GSA Schedule HSS).
