Product Description

The MIP #26110 3/16” CVD™ Kit is designed for Associated RC10 vehicles equipped with a 3/16” Rear Hub Conversion. Built with MIP’s proven CVD™ technology, this kit delivers a strong, precision-made driveshaft solution while adding updated hardware to make servicing easier with modern tools.

The new couplings utilize an M3 x 0.5 thread and M3 x 2mm set screw, allowing installation and adjustment using a standard 1.5mm hex key.

Each kit includes eight .010” shims, with four per side, allowing you to properly position the CVD™ Bone to optimize available suspension travel for either increased up travel or down travel. A bearing crush spacer and shims are also included for proper installation and setup.

The CVD™ driveshafts are manufactured from hardened high-strength alloy steel and finished with a black oxide coating for added corrosion protection. Each shaft is also laser engraved for a clean, premium finish.

To make installation and maintenance easier, the kit includes MIP grease, thread lock, and the necessary rebuild components. A new MIP 3/16” CVD™ Rebuild Kit is also available to support the updated M3 x 0.5 threaded couplings.
